- Refunds are only available for defective or non-functioning products
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of purchase
- Products must not have been downloaded or accessed
- Proof of defect or malfunction must be provided

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:

- Products with revealed license keys or codes
- Products marked as non-refundable
4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed:

- Within 5-7 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

- If the product is unavailable
