  • Refunds are only available for defective or non-functioning products
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of purchase
  • Products must not have been downloaded or accessed
  • Proof of defect or malfunction must be provided

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Products purchased more than 48 hours ago
  • Products with revealed license keys or codes
  • Products marked as non-refundable

4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed:

5. Cancellation Policy
